Words matter. How we say them matters. Non-verbals have implications. Everyone wants to be heard, and leaders want to listen. Every work culture has  communication challenges. After an initial consultation,  a tailored program that can improve communication pain points can be created and delivered. These courses can be conducted in person or virtually.
