Words matter. How we say them matters. Non-verbals have implications. Everyone wants to be heard, and leaders want to listen. Every work culture has their communication challenges. After an initial consultation, I will tailor a program that can improve your office's communication pain points, and conduct these courses in person or virtually to your team. Some common programs I offer include training in connection, listening, unconscious bias, appreciative inquiry, empathy, creating partnership and emotional intelligence.  


Once training programs are delivered, oftentimes the ideas and the learning get pushed aside, referenced occasionally, and rarely implemented.
