A coach is a thought partner that will help you visualize your future. A coach listens (really listens) and observes patterns that spark connections that ultimately carve paths toward your goals.  In coaching, you're calling the shots. You're coming up with your own solutions, and unlocking your potential. The coach is guiding you and supporting you and holding you capable for the things you want. Coaching is a process, and typically happens over multiple sessions, how many sessions depends on your goals. Goals can be big or small, immediate or long term. Big goals can be broken down into bite size pieces, and all goals are fostered by having an accountability partner that helps you create the time you need to achieve them.

 

My style of coaching is CORE: Confidence, Organization, Reframing and Empowerment. Coaching starts with having the confidence to make your goals a priority, and having the courage to make changes that impact every facet of your life. Organization refers to time management and making the time for your goals. I can help you restructure your day in a way that works for you, so that goals are achievable and inevitable.  Reframing is about flipping the script. Stopping limiting thinking patterns can lead to new habits. It's also about recognizing resources you want and seeing those you already have through a different lens. Finally, empowerment is what occurs when you start to fully realize your goals and potential. Each goals leads to another and another, and before you know it, you have figured out how to tackle positive change. 

It’s hard to know where to start. Change can also be scary and uncomfortable, AND empowering and motivating and inspiring. I can help and support you while you implement positive change. Looking toward the future with focus and clarity will be a journey well worth the travel.
