COACHING

A coach is a thought partner that will help visualize the future. A coach listens (really listens) and observes patterns that spark connections that ultimately carve paths toward new habits.  In coaching,  the client calls the shots and chooses the solutions. The coach is guiding and supporting, holding clients capable for the things they want. Coaching is a process, and typically happens over multiple sessions, how many sessions depends on the goals. Goals can be big or small, immediate or long term. Big goals can be broken down into bite size pieces, and all goals are fostered by having an accountability partner that helps create the time needed to achieve them.

CORE coaching is an acronym for: CONFIDENCE, ORGANIZATION, REFRAMING and EMPOWERMENT.  Building the confidence to communicate assertively leads to authentic connection. Organization refers to time management and making time for what is important. Reframing is about flipping the script to a positive reality, stopping limiting thinking patterns. Finally, empowerment is what occurs when goals are fully realized and new habits are formed.

"Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.”
